A few weeks ago, sitting in my home in Thailand, I had a realization that completely changed how I think about building products.
For most of my career, I led teams. I was a director, a solutions architect, a technical leader. I wasn't the one writing every line of code anymore, but I knew how great products get built. I knew how to guide teams, shape ideas, work with customers, solve technical problems, and turn complexity into something useful.
Then it hit me.
What If My Team Was AI?
Not in some gimmicky, futuristic way. In a real way.
Using the same experience I built over 30 years in technology, digital marketing, CMS platforms, development, and customer-facing work, I realized I could direct AI agents to help me build faster, smarter, and more creatively than I ever could alone.
So that's what I did.
